Enrolling at the Sunshine Coast Technical Trade Training Centre (SCTTTC) is an exciting first step toward gaining a nationally recognised qualification and beginning your trade or technical career pathway.
Follow the steps below to complete your application for a course:
- Explore Your Options
Review the range of SCTTTC courses on offer and choose the program that best aligns with your interests, skills, and future career goals. Course information is available on our website or through your base school's VET Coordinator or Careers Advisor. - Attend an Information Session
Students and parents/carers are encouraged to attend an SCTTTC Information Session. These sessions provide valuable insight into course expectations, commitment requirements, and future pathways. - Complete the Application Form
Download and complete the SCTTTC Student Application Form, ensuring all sections are filled in accurately. Incomplete applications may not be accepted. - Seek Base School Endorsement
All applications must be endorsed by your current school's Principal or VET Coordinator to confirm your suitability for the course and your ability to meet program requirements. - Submit Your Application
Email your completed and endorsed application form to:

or return it directly to your base school's VET Coordinator for submission. - Attend an Interview
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview at SCTTTC. This interview helps us learn more about your interests, motivation, and readiness for a trade or technical training environment. - Offer of Placement
Successful applicants will receive a formal Offer of Placement, along with enrolment documentation for both SCTTTC and the relevant Registered Training Organisation (RTO). - Confirm Your Enrolment
Complete all required enrolment forms, finalise payment of course fees, and attend your uniform fitting appointment. - Get Ready to Begin
Once confirmed, students will commence classes at SCTTTC on their designated training day, ready to start their trade journey!
