The Sunshine Coast Technical Trade Training Centre (SCTTTC) was purpose-built to meet the growing demand for skilled tradespeople across the Sunshine Coast and beyond. Since opening in 2011, SCTTTC has exceeded expectations, delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training to young people passionate about pursuing a trade career.

With over 90% of graduates progressing into full-time employment or further education and training, SCTTTC has earned a reputation as the first choice for pre-trade training among Year 11 and 12 students. Our focus is on developing confident, capable, and job-ready young people who stand out to employers from day one.

Students at SCTTTC benefit from hands-on, practical learning delivered in a real-world environment that mirrors industry standards. Our trainers and staff are committed to fostering professionalism, teamwork, and safety awareness, qualities highly sought after by employers. This approach ensures every SCTTTC graduate leaves prepared for success in their chosen field.

Beyond our students, we value our partnerships with parents, caregivers, and local schools, recognising that strong collaboration leads to better outcomes. We encourage families to take an active interest in their child's progress, and we pride ourselves on providing a supportive, inclusive environment where students can thrive both personally and professionally.

Our consistent results and long-standing community partnerships have helped SCTTTC build a strong reputation as a centre of excellence for trade education. Our graduates are highly sought after by local employers, and many organisations now look to SCTTTC first when seeking the next generation of skilled apprentices.

We are proud to be recognised as an award-winning training facility, with accolades including:
